UNESCO
Vancouver Declaration said: “Now our mankind is put in a critical
situation, where a need arise for a futuristic idea based on the
fusion of different cultures.” Natural Medicine Research and Promotion
Center was established under such spirit. It is affiliated to World
Natural Medicine Group Inc. as a non-profit institute for the purpose
of research and promotion of natural medicine.
Mission:
To realize “health for all” by substantially developing natural
medicine based on a fusion of different cultures.
Guidance:
Our work is at first to establish theories of natural medicine.
We apply natural medicine initiatives where western medicine is
inadequate. We call for a change of the health concept. We explore
the ways to keep healthy, and to integrate natural therapy resources.
By these initiatives, we will be able to familiarize the public
and academia circles with natural medicine, and bring on a revolution
in our perception of medicine and a rejuvenation of traditional
medicine.
Major
commitment:
Based on the understanding of natural medicine’s concept, system,
structure, basic views and therapies, we aim to set the boundary
and scope of natural medicine, and to build up international natural
medicine theoretic system in order to give solution to mankind’s
health problems along with the evolvement of natural medicine.
Principles:
Our center is guided by the idea of “for the future, for everybody”
to inject new blood into traditional medicine. We emphasize on keeping
up with new technologies and exploring the scope and depth of self
healing power from the point view of life science. Our short term
goal is to sort out the natural, scientific and moral rhetoric of
natural medicine and to encourage the communication and integration
with western medicine, in order to have a breakthrough in theories
and methodologies of natural medicine research.
We highly respect academia and academicians. We are an open, elastic
and efficient institute which promotes cutting down redundancies
and strengthening academic co operations. We explore new research
methods, and motivate forerunners in research projects within a
flexible form. There is a chief researcher in charge of the each
project.
We draw attention from global medical research institutes and practitioners
to the development of natural medicine, and to incorporate the achievements
of natural medicine research. We attract research institutes and
individuals main interested in traditional culture to participate
in natural medicine research. We voluntarily join other institutes
and individuals in exploring, improving and promoting natural medicine.
