Background:
With World Natural Medicine Organization’s permission, we decided
to set up World Natural Medicine Group (China) Co. Ltd. (hereafter
“WNMG China”). It was set up according to World Natural Medicine
Group Inc.’s operation structure and development plan. Its major
businesses are inside China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and those businesses
between China and outside countries. It is directly under the leadership
of World Natural Medicine Group, Inc. Function:
WNMG China is to carry out World Natural Medicine Organization’s
mission, to carry out businesses according to the development plan
of World Natural Medicine Group Inc., to assist World Natural Medicine
Group Inc. in managing Chinese business.
Operation Structure:
1. According to the real needs, WNMG China will develop businesses
in China and other countries;
2. According to project approval, WNMG China will set up Project
Company or Branch Office;
3. According to the development of district business, WNMG China
will set up Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan Company;
4. According to the needs of global business, WNMG China will set
up global business platform.
Organization Construct:
1. President responsibility system under the leadership of the Board
of Directors of WNMG China;
2. Deputy President assists President in management and project
development;
3. Set up Administrative Office;
4. Set up Management Department, General Accounting Department,
Financing Department, Project Development Department, International
Business Department, Media Info Department, Special Service Department,
Marketing Department, And Mid Asia Business Department.
5. Set up Mid Asia Natural Medicine Research Institution, International
Natural Medicine Distance Education Development Committee.
Development trend and aim:
1. Develop world natural medicine related business and promote the
sustainable development of world natural medicine
2. Set up branch offices and project companies in China including
Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan and other countries.
3. Develop businesses main in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
4. Investment those pharmaceutical factories processing traditional
Chinese medicines into ready-to-use forms.
5. Develop joint ventures and partnerships with international companies;
try to integrate business into global standards.
6. Develop natural medicine with applications into culture, industry,
agriculture, economics and science fields.
7. Set up periodical forums and exhibition.
8. Design and promote natural medicine related academic activities,
to create values for industries.
9. Organize natural medicine industrial unions, promote the flow
of resources among this industry, and enhance the total output and
efficiency.
10. Bring in World Natural Medicine Foundation and other international
institutes’ scientific funds, grants to develop human health projects.
11. Develop standards and quality control systems and professional
consultation services in liaison with international quality control
institutes to rate different enterprises.
12. Develop media platform for industrial information, press releasing,
business consultation, academic communication, marketing and new
products promotion etc.
